B. Panache! Events LLC opened in 1997 and is based in Burke, Virginia.  

Gretchen Williams, founder and principal, is a military veteran who retired from the United States Air Force in September 2008 as a Lieutenant Colonel with over 20 years of honorable service as a Communications-Information Officer.

She has a Professional Certificate in Event Management from The George Washington University School of Business.  She garnered her passion and experience for event planning as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force in duties ranging from Protocol Officer to a 3-star general as the principal advisor for all ceremonies, special events, conferences, and international visits, to commander of a communications organization and as a project/systems manager for communications systems.  Both personally and professionally, she has produced theme parties for 20 guests to weddings, business receptions, conferences, and other special events for over 200 guests both for-profit and not-for-profit.
